What I learned?
As ChatGPT stands as a widely utilized application globally, achieving 100% user satisfaction is a challenging goal. Post interviews, it became evident that some users harbor dissatisfaction with the software, underscoring the need for a comprehensive understanding of their concerns and the subsequent implementation of solutions.
During the design phase, I observed the criticality of maintaining a minimalistic approach to theme changes. Excessive alterations could potentially impede user adaptation and engender a loss of interest in the platform.
Subsequent to user testing, the feedback received was generally positive, yet it also yielded valuable suggestions for further enhancement. This feedback serves as a constructive guide for future iterations, facilitating continuous improvement and catering to the evolving needs of users, ensuring the platform's relevance for the upcoming generation.
